Digital Fluency, LLC. Information
Digital Fluency, LLC. is a small venture that specializes in the collection and dissemination of data on the internet to those who need and want it. In the future the business will maintain several advertising-driving websites in order to meet the needs of consumers, including paid membership that provide improved access and useability. Currently we maintain one website, Get Some Noise, which provides information to music enthusiasts. The end users of our services are primarily teenagers and young adults who surf the internet for information about things they are interested in. Membership services will be purchased online using a major credit card. Memberships should be inexpensive in order to reach a large audience, such as $5 for 6 months, depending on the service.

This is a new business, but the concept for Get Some Noise has been around for quite some time, but it was never fully implemented. The business is primarily run from Andy Forsberg's and Stephen Fluin's residences. Currently Digital Fluency is not looking for any more owners, but within the next few years, contract work may be needed.

This business makes it's money from advertising revenue, as well as in the future, it will make money from selling memberships. Advertising prices are determined by our advertisers, including Casale Media, Fastclick, Google, InterClick, and a few others. Membership prices will be agreed upon by the owners. Financial records will be kept by Stephen Fluin. We will record all income and costs, in order to properly file payroll and taxes.

The company is structured as a Limited Liability Company. It's registration with the Minnesota Secretary of State has been filed. No licenses are required for the business, because the legality of the internet is based on compliance with current laws, instead of a licensing system.
